    I have successfully used this plugin for a while on a client site, however over time and more often recently the plugin consistently loses connection from their account.

    On the plugin settings the connection notice/button never goes away even when successfully connected. The only way I’m notified of it disconnecting is when the client notices on the front end it displays an error message ‘This webinar no longer exists or an error has occurred’ where a registration form should be.

    If this happens I once again click CLICK HERE TO CONNECT WITH MY GOTOWEBINAR APPLICATION, re-authenticate and will work again.

    Is this a common issue and is there anything I can do to resolve it?

    Hi @mattaxell,

    Sometimes servers can lose connection and unfortunately we don’t have the ability to reconnect if disconnected as the authentication process requires user initiation. Sometimes the GoToWebinar server can have issues, and sometimes even the local server can have issues. It’s also important that things like transients and options created by the plugin are not deleted (sometimes database cleaning tools can do this) and this will also cause a loss of connection.
