'Connection lost.' Appearing and failing to load!

Hello, recently when adding new blog posts or editing my web pages I will get this message ‘Connection lost. Saving has been disabled until you’re reconnected. We’re backing up this post in your browser, just in case.’ whenever I try to save draft or update. It just continuous to load and then times out, however the updates and saving do still occur when I log out and then log in and refresh. Is there anyway I can get rid of this problem?
