This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and switch to the default Twenty Nineteen theme. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem.

If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

Thank for your reply dear but I have installed a health check plugin and have done troubleshooting. But when I am enabling troubleshoot which disabling all the plugins and themes, and I started activating one by one in which one plugin was not able to install, then I disabled that plugin and deactivate the health check plugin the problem remains same.

In that case then, you’ll need to do this manually without the Health Check plugin.

Thanks, but I have deactivated the plugins and while activating one by one, I find that in one of the 5 plugin either of them is conflicting.

Ok, that will mean that it’s a conflict cause by one plugin, but only when another is active, so check again keeping that in mind.
