• Site is brotherjunkproductions.com

I’m a producer and that is where I put my songs/beats up for sale. The site is painfully slow and when I go to put a song up as soon as you go to upload I get that message and can’t do anything.

This is not my forte so if anyone can help me along I would really appreciate it. The theme is music maker and everything has been working tip top till tonight. Thanks for any help and sorry for my noob-y-ness. I use very few plug ins but from what I’ve read it’s usually those that are the culprit. Is there a way to see which ones have updated recently and roll them back or something? – Josh

  • Hey Josh,

Wow, crazy slow load time on your site. Check out the results here:

Horrible time to first byte, over 30 seconds! I looked your domain up and it appears you are being hosted at DreamHost. I highly recommend that you reach out to them right away via support ticket or live chat (whatever they have)

Mika is the WordPress guru over at DreamHost and I am sure she or someone there can help you with this and get you back up and running smoothly. This isn’t normal and because you said it was working fine yesterday I can only assume that it has nothing to do with the theme or plugins unless you added something since yesterday.

But yeah when something takes THIS LONG to load something aint quite right and your webhost should be contacted! Good luck man

Of course load time looks good NOW, three days later (I was on a vacation sorry, I do try to stay on top of this).

If you still need help, give a shout and I’ll bang on plugins and servers and themes for you ??

    Mika,

I was wondering where you were! See, when you are on vacation, the internet falls to pieces LOL ??
