    Hi there,

Could you please share the screenshot of the error message when trying to publish your page?

Does this error occur with all the pages new and old on your site? May I suggest disabling the other plugins and changing the theme of the site to see if there is any sort of conflict here.

One more test that can be done is disabling every plugin even the Elementor plugin and then trying to save a normal page in Gutenberg Editor to see if the issue happens on normal pages or not.

    Hi

Yes, I understand that the error shows up when updating. Could you please share a screenshot of this error?

Also, does this issue occur when updating a normal page on your site while not using Elementor? Does the issue happen when Elementor is disabled?

I have used the Elementor header footer builder, but when I update the header or footer, no errors occur. when I edit the page, it shows an error.

    Hi @sabbir37,

    Thank you for reaching out.

It looks like the screenshot you shared has expired, and we’re unable to view it on our end. However, based on the error you’re experiencing, I recommend trying a few troubleshooting steps:

    1. Try connecting to a different internet network to rule out any potential connectivity issues.
    2. Use a different computer or browser to edit your website, as sometimes local browser problems can cause errors.
    3. If the issue persists, it could be server-related. I suggest reaching out to your hosting provider to check server error logs and troubleshoot any hosting-related problems. You might also want to ask them to ensure there are no firewall or security settings (like ModSec) blocking Elementor’s functionality.

Please feel free to send a new screenshot or share the specific error message, and we can assist further.

    Looking forward to your update!

    Kind regards,
