Connection lost/Update(s) not saving

Good evening all,
The above problem(s) started occurring late this afternoon, I had not done any updates or changed any settings. I was in the process of updating and creating products. Any thoughts?I’m not that well-versed in WordPress, but last week I installed the Plug-In: Health Check and Troubleshooting. I can see that there’s a .php error (referencing the above images), but I don’t have the first clue how I would fix it.
I think it may be a WisdmLab issue and have emailed them but they are +5.5 hours ahead of us in India. This is the pic I’ve sent to them: https://imgur.com/a/gOgc1wW
