    Hi,

    After connecting with the api, the plugin tells me connected, but in the mailchimp dashboard it tells me no connections?

    Any thoughts.

  • Hi,

    My mailchimp API key is giving error message while connecting my website along with mailchimp account. It shows the error message;

    “Not Acceptable. Request: GET https://us20.api.mailchimp.com/3.0/?fields=account_id Response: 406 Not Acceptable -”

    Hi @bramvds that’s right, a store connection won’t be shown for this in your MailChimp account. If you want to connect your WooCommerce store you need our Premium add-on.

    @@mmarypcarney it’s best to create your own post to this group instead of replying to another post as the issue is often not the same. I recommend first trying with a newly generated API key, and if that still doesn’t work please create a new post for your issue. Thanks!
