    Hello,

    Unable to establish a connection. It says wrong password even though I have the correct password since I can log in when I am on the support! It is also impossible to create a new account. Is there a problem with hosting under wpengine?

    The account you need to use to connect your site via Jetpack is with WordPress.com. This is different from the account that you are using to post to this website (www.ads-software.com). If you have an existing account with WordPress.com you can reset your password here:

    This issue should be independent of your hosting provider (WP Engine).
