Connection problem

Hi there!

Seeing as you mentioned Instagram specifically, can you tell us whether you selected Instagram shopping during the setup process? This is a feature that is currently not supported through the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin, and if enabled, can cause syncing problems.

There are 10 web pages that I own. None of them have this problem. As you stated, I tried without selecting the Instagram shopping section.
Unfortunately the result is still the same. Also my main problem is that my instagram store is not syncing.

As mentioned, Facebook for WooCommerce does not support Instagram, and for Instagram feeds we recommend you look at an extension designed specifically for Instagram.

But from the screenshot you have shared earlier, it also seems the site has no valid data for your Facebook connection. Normally, this would be populated with the information about your shop.

Can you attempt to connect your site to Facebook again, using the connect button. If your connection attempt fails, can you explain exactly at what stage of the process it fails at?

I mean i removed permissions for Partner Created System User. When i want to reload, it shows Something went wrong when connecting to Facebook! Please try again. Besides, there is a problem with pixel too. Facebook for Woocommerce is deactived but when I want to create a connection between woocommerce and facebook in the event manager, the plugin appears as active. Any cache plugin is not active, I don’t get any error message in case of woocommerce.

I managed to connect the plugin. Now I’m getting a blank screen.

There is a new update for the plugin. At the same time, I took a screenshot by converting the wordpress language from Turkish to English. The plugin was installed without any problems in my trial when the WordPress language was English. I’m not sure if it got fixed with the Facebook for Woocommerce plugin update or if I tried to install it with a different language. But now my web page is fine.
