    Hi, connection errors will occur when your server is blocking our server access, it can be a result of a security plugin or a result of your server settings, in this case it is highly recommended to contact your host support and check with them if your WordPress installation accepts HTTP requests from an external server.

    If all this doesn’t help, you are welcome to send us ([email protected]) an access details to your server and one of us will login to help you find the settings that is blocking the HTTP Requests to your WP installation.
