    I just ran a Connectivity Test after the Test mail failed to send.

    It seems for hostname whiskybarn-be.mail.protection.outlook.com:25 the status is closed and the service is not available.

    Is this something we have to contact Vultr about? To configure our server firewall? Or GridPane to configure our Stack firewall? Or is this a setting in our WP site?

    Thank you for contacting us regarding the issue with your website. The error you mentioned suggests a limitation within your Office 365 account, which caused the authentication or connection failure.

    Please ensure that SMTP Authentication is enabled for your account. By default, it appears to be disabled for new accounts. You can review this?document?for further guidance.

    Hi,

    I am not using SMTP authentication. That is blocked due to Security Defaults.

    I am using O365 Connector via the 25 port without authentication. Seems that Vultr blocks the 25 port by default.

    Hi, it seems Vultr closes port 25 by default, so we asked them to open the port on our VPs. After a reboot, we are now able to connect to the Office Connector via port 25.
