Connection time out

    Hi, after entering our credentials, we get the following error:

    <small>cURL error 28: Connection timeout after 10001 ms</small>

    I have been trying this for several days, always the same error. Just for testing I actually tried a plugin from another vendor: shows the same error

    Site Health shows no curl error.

    WordPress version: 6.2.2
    PHP version: 8.1.20
    cURL version: 7.83.1 OpenSSL/1.0.2k-fips

    Thanks for contacting us. The?mentioned error occurs when the cURL command or request takes longer than the specified timeout duration to establish a connection with the target server. Probable reasons are network connectivity issues, security restrictions, or DNS resolution issues. This is an issue not related?to plugins, we request you to contact the concerned team to get an immediate resolution.

    For the record: Yes, this error is not related to the plugin, our webserver seems to be blocked by the DHL-XML server for yet unknown reasons.
