Connection timed out

Hello there,

our hosting support suggested us to start to use your plugin. It works perfectly, but not always. Really often we occur this status “Connection timed out”. Here there are some screenshots about our setup:

We haven’t any issue if we try to “resend” the mail. Always sent to the first attempt. All the rest sounds like a wheel of fortune. What we can try to do to fix the issue?
