Connection Timed Out (curl 28)

I’ve been using my own webhook to recieve the post values and I can but the form gives Curl Error 28 on the UI even though the webhook returns http 200 immediately. Contact form doesnt send additional emails, just posts to the hook. Hook is able to capture the data but UI gots error:
