Connection Timed Out MySQL

    Hi, I am trying to connect Graphina PRO to my Google Cloud MySQL database and keep getting the connection timed out issue.

    I’ve added my siteground ip (the ip which the server is hosted on) to my connections on Google Cloud MySQL but am still getting the issue.

    Please see image of details I’m using here

    I’m tried with and without the port.

    My site is: https://coopers14.sg-host.com/

    Any help will be appreciated.
