    I have not been able to access the Jetpack console to manage my backups for at least one week now. I have tried different devices, browsers and incognito but nothing helps. Both jetpack.com and cloud.jetpack.com are not responding.

    I have the same issue with several websites that are running at different hosting providers. As soon as I click Backup & Scan from the admin console menu in WordPress the page is loading forever and after a while I get “ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT”.

    It was working well for all of my sites before.

    What can I do to debug this issue more?

    @drawmyface Thanks Dan! I would like to keep the site private for now. However, it is not possible to access the form you linked because it is located on your website (jetpack.com), which I can not reach. It is not only the dashboard, but also your regular website that is impossible to reach. I have tried with many different devices, browsers, internet connections, IPs etc… Nothing helps. I am located in Sweden if that matters.

    Can I contact you directly via an email address instead? I have paid for this feature for two different sites and expect this to work.

    @bruceallen Funny thing, after I wrote about my location being Sweden I tried to access the Jetpack site using a VPN tunnel via Germany. It works! So the problem seems to be related to my location. Any idea why?

    @jakethesnake19 we’d still need to see the traceroute to advise further on that. Can you send us that via the link I posted above (using the VPN tunnel), or via the link that Bruce posted? Thanks!
