Connection to Wordfence server errors across multiple sites

    Hi

    I have found that WF is having intermittent connection problems connecting to the Wordfence servers, http and https.

    Under Tools > Diagnostics > Connectivity it will show error: wp_remote_post() test to noc1.wordfence.com failed! Response was cURL error 28: connection timed out.

    It is sometimes on the http, then https or both. And even flags an error on the Connecting back to this site section.

    This appears to be happening to quite a number of sites, all installed on the same web server.

    I have unticked the Enable SSL Verification option which does appear to help.

    Any idea why this has started happening to the sites on the server?

    This could be a temporary problem when your server couldn’t manage to connect to our servers, are you still running into this issue? what does (Tools > Diagnostics > Connectivity) report for now?

    Looks like its working across all sites now.

    Maybe a DNS issue somewhere?
