Connection user / private page is gone

    Hello,

    The connection between the user and the private page is lost, is there a way to connect the right private page to the user again?

    Hi Rogier,

    There is no way that I know that.

    Hopefully you have a backup of your database. Or maybe your host is doing such backups from time to time. Most hosts do that.

    Yes there is…
    Just found out:

    Enable author for private page cpt.

    Change user role of user and go to the specific private page, now you are able to set author to user.

    After that change back the user role for user and remove author support for cpt private page again.
