    Please note that WooCommerce for Facebook does not support Instagram at this time, and you should not select Instagram as an option when presented with it.

    If following the instructions outlined in the documentation Here does not help, or produces a different error, please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

    Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

    We will be able to help you further there.

    Regarding Instagram – to support Instagram you will need an additional extension.

    Hi, I had the same problem and I was able to solve it by installing a pixel after that I tried again and it worked!
