connection with mailchimp gives error

    every time we try fill in the form it workes fine and it says its done. but then we get directly this email, showed beneed. After a minute or 2 we get still the newsletter and i am added to the mailchimp account. but when i check im the only one in there, but our pop up is already checkt 200+ times. How do we get fix this issue with the beneed email/failure we get?

    @jordiroon So the issue is the integration works fine and the email is added in Mailchimp but you still get the automated email? or is the integration not working?

    Yes we get this error messages but a few moments after we get this error we also get the mailchimp mail and i can see my email in the list. But the thing is is dont know how my customers get this, because i only see my email in mailchimp and still no others, so i dont know why we get those error messages.

    @jordiroon It is a small bug, that sends the email even if the subscription process goes smoothly. We will fix that in the next version.

    The Subscription process works fine. If you want, we can subscribe to your newsletter for test purpose. Let us know your site address where the popup is visible and we will subscribe and you can confirm that the popup’s subscription process does indeed work.

    @jordiroon Just subscribed, can you please check your Mailchimp list?

    And We would suggest you to position the popup on bottom right corner of the page, instead of the center to make it more noticeable.

    I just saw that you are registered. but I keep getting that error in my inbox. that’s a bit annoying. can we fix this or when do you think this bux fix is over?
