    Hello,

    I’ve installed the MailPoet plugin and I manage different contact lists. These same lists exist in my Outlook mailbox. Is there a way in your plugin to connect these 2 lists to facilitate management?

    There is no direct integration with Outlook contacts. However, you can use the plugin’s extension, ‘Zapier Integration,’ to achieve this. It allows you to create custom automations that work with ProfileGrid triggers.

    Thank you very much for your reply.
    I’ve been thinking about Zapier and trying to integrate it without using your specific plugin. It didn’t work. I thought it was because my site is private.
    I’m going to try as you suggest, but before I do, could you confirm that the fact that my site is private (content is accessible only after logging in) won’t be a problem?

    Is there a test version of ProfileGrid premium?

    Hello,

    The Zapier Integration plugin is now installed on my site. Indeed, when I switch my site to private mode, Zapier disconnects and I receive an alert from Zapier:
    “We noticed that your “WordPress xxxx” account encountered an authentication problem…”

    How can I get around this problem?

    We checked this, and it looks like the private mode is indeed causing issues with the Zapier integration and preventing authentication for Zapier.

    To use this, the site should be publicly accessible.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your feedback. That’s what I was afraid of.

    However, I’ve just made my site public, activated my Zap and nothing happens. When I add a new member to a group, no contact is added to my Outlook account. I get no errors. How can I get it to work?
