    Hello, @leiw

Can you please send over diagnostics via Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics > Send Report by Email to wftest @ wordfence dot com — please put your forum username in the second field there.

Please respond here when those are sent so I can take a look.

I’m seeing the following in the diagnostics on that 403 error:

Access denied | sitenamehere used Cloudflare to restrict access

This website is using a security service to protect itself from online attacks

You will need to make sure Wordfence’s IPs are whitelisted in Cloudflare so that we do not see that 403 while trying to connect back to the site. You can reach out to them as well if you continue to see the same after whitelisting.

Here is our configuration/IP information for you to reference:

    Hi wfscott,

Cloudflare whitelist only support /24, so 69.46.36.0 with netmask 255.255.255.224 cannot /27

    Is it OK ?

    Thanks

    Hey @leiw,

Are you receiving an error when trying to enter the CIDR range below? If so, you might reach out to your host for their thoughts.

    69.46.36.0/27

But you might try the range below to see if it does help before reaching out to them.

    69.46.36.0/24

Please let us know how it goes.

    Thanks,

    Gerroald

    OK,

    Hello,

We are using WP hide admin plugin, it will change admin login path, will this plugin caused this problem?

    Thanks

    Thread Starter leiw

    (@leiw)

OK, I know what is the problem, we have been blocked USA country in firewall rule, so disabled this rule and also keep whitelist 69.46.36.1 to 69.46.36.30 one by one.

But still cannot scan with the following error:

    Scan Failed
The scan has failed to start. This is often because the site either cannot make outbound requests or is blocked from connecting to itself. Click here for steps you can try.

WP hide admin plugin disabled already.

I just sent EMAIL ACTIVITY LOG to you.

    Thanks

    @leiw,

I see in your log that a scan completed yesterday.

Can you double-check which options you have selected in the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics > Debugging Options area?

The two I’m interested in seeing if you have enabled or disabled are “Start all scans remotely” and “Enable SSL Verification.” Try running a scan with those options enabled and disabled and see if you have any change. As I mentioned, it does appear a scan went through yesterday so there may be an intermittent block occurring unless you may have changed something around the time the scan completed.

Can scan now after unclick Start all scans remotely, thanks a lot !!!!
