    The best first steps to try to make sure you eliminate all possible naming issues:

    1. make all your fields all lowercase letters both in your sheet and in your contact form
    2. make your sheet tab name a single word, all lowercase letters
    3. make your sheet name a single word

    You probably only need to do #1 but if that still doesn’t work then you can try the other two things.

    Hi! Thanks! It’s working now – changed the fields to lowercase letters. Is it possible to connect to several forms? Thanks! ??
