ConnectWise notices after migrating

I have migrated my site and keep getting the following errors with GravityForms ConnectWise’s “feed settings”. I have disabled all plugins, deleted gravityforms and connectwise, switched my theme to a default theme and reloaded just the gravityforms plugin and connectwise plugin. No other plugins are active. I have cleared caches (browser, wordpress, host) as well. I am still getting the same errors. Please advise. Thank you.
