    Hi, I’ve been having trouble with the Consent Banner settings. I think this is a newer issue, (perhaps with a recent update?) because I wasn’t having this problem a month or so ago. When I change the settings in the “General” panel under the “Cookie Banner” section, the changes will not save for any of the settings; i.e. consent banner title, manage consent display options, dismiss on scroll, etc.

    Whether I hit save or save and continue, nothing saves, and when I return to the page they have defaulted back again. I’ve tried everything: disabling plugins, switching themes, clearing caches on my browser, theme, and cloudflare, etc, and nothing changes. It’s only this particular setting panel that I have a problem with.

    Anyway, I would really appreciate any insight on this problem. Thanks so much!

    Thank you for your message.

    We’ve not had any other reports about this issue so somehow, I still expect this issue to be on your end as our most recent plugin version has been weeks old by now.

    Perhaps something went slightly wrong during the installation phase, I’d suggest you to go to your complianz.io account and manually download the latest version of the plugin and to reinstall that file within your WordPress environment. Settings from your current configuration will transfer to the new install.

    I hope this helps, and if it doesn’t I’d recommend you to reach out to our support system in order to look at possible next steps.
