Consent mode does not work with Complianz

    Hello,

    I have a site where the GA4 ID is set through your plugin. Even if I have set and activated the Consent mode from your plugin and set on the Complianz that another plugin is tracking statistics, the Google tag assistant does not display any consent API calls.

    Can you tell me how I can implement the consent mode v2 from Google, using your plugin and the complianz? Is there any specific configuration that must be done?

    Hi @stevendigital,

    I understand that you’re having trouble with the implementation of Google Consent Mode v2. Let’s get this sorted out.

    With having Complianz as your primary CMP, or any other CMP’s in our supported list, please make sure that you activate Explicit Consent Mode.

    Thank you for your answer. Explicit Consent mode is enabled and on the complianz plugin I have set the option under the statistics, that I am using another method that is not refered on their list.

    When I check with Google tag assistant, there are no API calls regarding the latest policy with conset mode v2.
