    Hi, what is the type of field to use on the consent field? I tried with checkbox and consent field and it didn’t work. Also, do I need to map any field for the consent answer of the user?

    Hi,

    Regarding checkboxes or consent fields, you can easily map them by using an attribute with a text type in Sendinblue. Please give it a try and let us know if it works.

    When mapping, you only need to map the fields that you are using in your form. There’s no need to map the unused ones. In an upcoming update, we will ensure that unused fields do not appear in the mapping interface.

    Hi, the solution you shared will add all the contacts to Sendinblue right? And I can filter manually the ones who consent to receive newsletters. I think it makes more sense if the plug-in only add the ones who consent to receive newsletters by checking the consent filed

    Hi,

    Indeed, our plugin allows you to achieve that.

    To do so, you can map the “OPT_IN” field from Sendinblue with your “Consent” field from Gravity Forms.
    Below your mapping, enable the “Enable Condition” option and add the following condition:
    “Create a contact in Sendinblue only if ALL of the following match: Consent-is-Checked”.

    This way, only users who have checked the “consent” box will be sent to your Sendinblue list.

    Hello, I’m not able to put this working as expected… I followed your instructions but after submit the form the email it’s not added to Brevo contact list. See the image below please, I think everything is correct:

    It seems that you have many plugins installed, and there is a high chance that one of them is conflicting with our plugin.

    If possible, and if you have a staging environment, it would be ideal to conduct some tests by deactivating plugins, checking logs, etc., and then let us know which one was causing the issue.

    Hi, is it possible add to a list based on conditions? For instance, I have a form which is visible in English and Spanish language, based on the URL I want to add the contact to a specific list on Brevo
