Consented / Not consented string is not translate in e-mail template

I have two forms on my page, one in Polish (_locale is set to pl_PL), and one in English (_locale is set to en_US). Both have an acceptance field. I use this field in e-mail templates and it’s not translated correctly. Translation for an acceptance field is always in the same language as site language, the language of the form doesn’t matter. I use Polylang for string translations, and setting custom strings for “Consented” / “Not consented” has no impact on used texts for the acceptance field in an e-mail. How can I deal with it?
