Consistent Identification – the same link with different words and presentation

Can the same ?link“ to the same place, in one place be as a button with actin wording and in another place with location wording and in the third place as ?here.“ link. Possible solution to give the same aria-label for all these places and role link. (Understanding Success Criterion 3.2.4: Consistent Identification | WAI | W3C). Would it be fine or not.
