Consistent Terms/Relationships – Links loses their category

Im up to date with the version.
I have links in link categorys on my website. When I clean “Consistent Terms/Relationships” some – not all – links loses their category. This should′nt be. It should not show in “Consistent Terms/Relationships” so we can′t loose these link categorys.
