Console error 503

Hi,

Very happy with this plugin, because it makes Cookie Policies very easy.

I get the following error in the console:

GET https://blueprint.local/wp-content/plugins/cookies-and-content-security-policy/js/cookies-and-content-security-policy-error-message.php?ver&rnd=80f551b2ae921272c6fa551f64f9fa37 net::ERR_ABORTED 403

The problem is with iThemes Security where I always disable PHP Execution in the uploads directory. I’m doing that for more then 10 years and this is the first time that I have this problem with a multitude of plugins.

Could be a security issue, I think.
