Console error on all admin pages

Getting the following console error on all WordPress admin pages:
Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token <
Coming from …/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-checkout-terms-conditions-popup/admin/custom-script.js?ver=4.6.1
It’s breaking the plugin search functionality and I’m worried it could cause some bigger issues.
