Hi there, I created a calendar that consists of multi-day events (bookings), and would like to ask if there is an option to create a bar across the date range of each event with a single label (such as shows in a Google calendar), rather than duplicating the title of the event on each day. The calendar is on a test page: https://rmerc.org/test/.

I also thought that in another support thread, I saw that all day events were consolidated in mobile view, but I don’t see that consolidation (or maybe I misunderstood the meaning).

    The shortcode:

    [ics_calendar url=”https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/c_l5n54270jdklcs5gsf13oiem6k%40group.calendar.google.com/public/basic.ics” view=”month” tz=”America/Denver” eventdesc=”false” location=”true” organizer=”true” attach=”true” hidealldayindicator=”true” nomobile=”false” maskinfo=”Unavailable” columnlabels=”short” pastdays=”180″ monthnav=”both”]

    Thanks! Loving this plugin!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Believe me, I would love to make the multi-day events a single label spanning across all of the days, but I’ve looked into it and at this point it is somewhere between difficult and impossible to accomplish, given how the templates are structured. It’s on my long-range to-do list though!

The multi-day events are consolidated in list view. Month view collapses down into a quasi-list view on mobile devices, but it’s not the same as the true list view. The HTML structure is entirely different; the mobile layout of month view is just a CSS modification of the way the month grid gets displayed.
