Constant Connections Interrupted

Hi

I sent an email earlier regarding this issue with a screenshot attached. Have been battling this for over a week and in constant contact with the host (and even checked with ISP). On going service interruptions – server error logs show (and it’s nearly always when I’m in) Wordfence or even trying to save a post – “No Data Received” or “Connection to the Server was reset while the page was loading” – This just started last week and to my knowledge, nothing has changed. Everything is up to date. I don’t know what is responsible, the hosting side or Wordfence. Have cleared router cache, reset to new IP address – blocking many ip ranges that even remotely look like they’re ominous in traffic logs. Please help.
