    Looking over that log, thank you for that, it appears that we have 2 isolated spots.

    First one would be from last May, and looks like it is an error based on some connectivity to the API and on our side. It’s possible we were doing some network maintenance or similar that necessitated being “down” temporarily. Only one instance of this in the log, so not something I’m worrying about.

    The other one is from the tail end of November, and looks like it may be regarding adding and/or updating a contact that the connected Constant Contact user has permission to update. Alternatively, there could be an existing user in the list already, that has the email supplied. For personal identifiable security sake, we have been X’ing out most of the email parts in the logs, but it does show a “planusa.org” value, which you could potentially check your list with.
