    I’m getting the following error on one of my sites: “Constant Contact Forms has experienced issues that may need addressed and functionality may be missing. Please enable the “Support” checkbox under the Support tab in Constant Contact settings and start a forum support thread. Our support team will aid with further steps.”

    Here’s the error log content:

    [2021-10-29 22:08:41] API.INFO: ConstantContact_API::add_contact:527 – http.status.conflict – There was a conflict between the supplied data and the existing resource. [] []
    [2021-10-29 22:08:41] API.INFO: Submitted contact data [“Extra information”,[{“email___ecd412e904309dcce66177488240b016”:{“key”:”email”,”val”:”***@yahoo.com”},”email”:”***@yahoo.com”,”lists___890345b7c304f5b3ba0e408a48ac30b0″:{“key”:”lists”,”val”:””},”list”:[“1147493556”]}]] []

    Can you help me determine what my next steps should be?

    Andy

    Hi Andy,

    Looks like a case of potentially a list that the form is intended to send to no longer exists, or at least some sort of difference in data like IDs being different.

    Have you done any list management and whatnot recently? Perhaps run a list sync in the WordPress dashboard will help.

    Also if you can provide the page where your form is at, we can try submitting to it and help troubleshoot that way.
