    I know we had some API server issues in January and these are the types of responses we were seeing with that, so I believe that’s going to be the cause here with this specific thread.

    OK. What do we need to do to address the issue and get rid of the warning?

    Visiting the debug log page should have cleared out the admin notice display. If you’re still seeing it, then it’s possible new items are getting logged that we can check on.
