Looks like the connected account doesn’t have account ownership to perform needed actions.

Did you perhaps connect a Campaign manager account instead?

Hi got the campaign manager account, how can I disconnect the current one. I got this message https://www.screencast.com/t/kK5vfLomY and I don’t see a disconnect option

Hmm. Looks like an error of some sort occurred that will hopefully be shown in hosting error logs. I’m curious if our code is throwing an error of some sort here and what it is so that we can best help get you fulling disconnected and get the account owner connected instead.

You may have also received an email with more information about this instance. You’ll need to talk to your hosting provider or at least log in there, to find the error logs. I can’t accurately predict where those will be.

Hopefully it’s a very basic error that could be easily resolved.

already provided a pastebin link of the error log https://pastebin.com/rBzSVU4k
can you check again please what can I do on my end?

Yes, that’s the log that we capture via our plugin, and why it’s not working to properly authenticate with our API,

The error logs I was referring to would be the PHP/server logs from your hosting, and hopefully seeing what error at that level is preventing the UI from loading properly and fully. You should be seeing a disconnect button, but the fact that you’re not is indicating to me that the page isn’t able to fully load. For that, we need the PHP errors.
