    Having an error message of “Constant Contact Forms has experienced issues that may need to be addressed and functionality may be missing.”

    Debug log below and thanks for any help!

    Hi @smags3

    Is this presently an ongoing issue that you’re seeing in the logs? or is this, at least thus far, a one time incident?

    Looks like one of your forms may have failed to add a new contact to the chosen list because I wasn’t able to find a matching one. Possible need to do a sync to get your updated information from the API and your dashboard.
