Constant Contact Forms has experienced issues that need addressed

Looks like this occurred because the plugin was not able to connect as expected, when trying to make a request to get some account information for your Constant Contact account. That said, it may have also been a temporary thing. If when you embed a created form and you see some of your address information at the end of the form, based on values saved in your constantcontact.com dashboard, then it probably succeeded afterwards, and there’s nothing to worry about now.

However, if things persist, let us know and we can dig deeper into it.
