Constant Contact has experienced issues

    I am able to add Constant Contact subscribers through our newsletter sign up form, but I’m not able to from our Free Consultation form. Here’s the information from the Debug Log:

    Sorry for the long delay in responding, we just saw this.

    What’s a website that we could see the form in question at?

    As is, those errors above relate more to getting some general account info about the connected account, rather than trying to add a new signup to the list in question.

    I realize that debug info I sent was old. I tried to submit the form the morning, and my email address didn’t get added in Constant Contact. Here’s the debug info for that attempt:

    Hmm, nothing out of the ordinary there. I just submitted to the forum myself, if you could check for a “Constant Contact Forum Support” entry, that’d be wonderful.

    We’re not getting the error message anymore in WordPress. Is it possible that it was a temporary API glitch?
