Constant Issues

  • Firstly its not free – its only for the first few days. Then once you’ve paid, if you’re just using the plugin to feed your Google reviews to your website its OK (although I have experienced multiple issues at various points). However they try to sell you on using the sustem to help get reviews (and they’re trying to also get into the SEO side of things too now which is silly, they should just stick to their base offerings and get those working properly. Every time I try to use it, I just have one problem after the next and have to communicate with them via Facebook Messenger (as no contact details on their site which is always a warning sign). Also, I have got many of my clients to use it (for the Reviews feed only fortunately, or I’d have egg on my face) and I am never automatically credited for the commissions. Overall not a great experience at all.
