    Dear Eyal,

    I tried to send you a message via the support form but I can’t locate the licence key. I need help accessing the account. I can’t find another way of contacting you.

    However, if you try loading the supplied link it will result in a loading icon and the map doesn’t come up. If however you change the distance from 5 to 10 miles the map does come up. I am unable to identify why this might be happening.

    Can you help and do you know why this might be happening?

    Dear Eyal,

    I have investigated further and identified the problem – there are no results within the range specified.

    So instead of displaying a message such as ‘There are no results in this range, please increase your search distance and try again’ it shows a permanent loading symbol.

    In the meantime I will do further research with your documentation to see if there is some kind of fallback but if you are able to advise I would appreciate it.

    Dear Eyal,

    I am unable to find any information either in your support documents or within the plugin settings itself on what to do if no results are found.

    I’ve checked the code and we’re displaying the form with: <?php echo do_shortcode(‘[gmw form=”1″]’); ?>

    Therefore everything relating to the presentation and control of the form itself is from within the Forms page of the GEO My WP section in the dashboard using Form Type of Posts Locator and Extension of Posts Locator.

    There are no settings for what to do in the event of there being no results found.

    However, I then checked ‘Premium Settings’ and one of the features states ‘Customise the No result message’ and it isn’t just customising a message it is displaying one in the first place so I will try purchasing this to see if this resolves the issue.
