Constant Missed Schedules for Posts

I have a wp website hosted by godaddy where recently (past month) ALL my scheduled posts hit the error “Missed Schedule”. This feature has worked successfully up until last month for a good year.

I am running Theme Twenty Eleven.

Coincidentally (????) I use a plugin called Post Expirator to remove old posts and this has ceased to work too.

Godaddy say it’s nothing to do with them / they don’t support this type of issue.
Has anyone got any suggestions on how I can diagnose this issue please?
