Constant problems. No support even when you pay for the plugin

This plugin was good an year ago. But the constant updates crashed lot of useful functions. I purchased it twice to use it on my sites, but i get no support at all (even when i opened many tickets). Instagram is not working. You can’t filter the posts that you don’t want to be autoshared anymore, so you can choose only between autoshare all old posts or not share at all.
