    Hello,
Because there are some circumstances where people are getting false downtime alerts, we added a feature to turn that off in the site’s control panel. I believe you’re getting these alerts because BruteProtect looks for a piece of code that gets added to the theme’s footer. With the plugin in active, it can’t see that code. Once the plugin is off, you shouldn’t receive the downtime emails anymore. Make sense?

    Hope this helps!

can this be due to using CDN?

A CDN would not be a likely cause. Do you mind if I ask what you’re using?

With the plugin in active, it can’t see that code.

Are you talking about the Bruteforce plugin?

My apologies, I meant that BruteProtect’s downtime monitoring is most likely not seeing a necessary piece of code because of your coming soon plugin. We essentially add a small string of code to your theme, so that may not be there if the coming soon plugin is active.
