Constant Updates and Issues since change

I’m sorry for the frustration but ever since better-wp-security became ithemes security I have had nothing but problems whereas before I had none. Never mind the constant updates which seem to produce more errors on the site, but the main functions are off and on with each new update. At first I had to disable the plugin to update it the first 5 or so updates because it was freezing mid update. I randomly get blacklisted from my site for no reason. Logged in and using the site and suddenly the next page I view gives me the banned message and to fix it I have to go in my database and delete the Lockout table. All of this is happening and my ip is on the Whitelist. I literally had to do this about 10 times in a row for no reason. My website is a membership site and if this was to happen to random users who are not violating anything would be a catastrophe. I really was a huge supporter of this plugin but I’m actually nervous for all the people I recommended this plugin to. I think even some mention to users of hopefully a timeline when ithemes might get a better grip and become more stable would help. Sorry for the negative press as I really hope this plugin returns to being the great reliable plugin it was but something has to happen with these issues.
