constantly locked out – even with right passwords, nothing allows me in

Have tried to access via two different permitted names, nothing allows me in.
Password reset – no effect
reset after lock out – no effect

Tried option 1 and 2 below, very nervous about using option 3 as I could close down wordfence and still not get in.
