Hello,
when I try to send an email with Contact Form 7 I get :Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.
Sending test mails works like a charm !
Any idea whats going on ?

The log in Tools > Email Log will describe the details of the Contact Form 7. Please post that here.
Hi, I am having the same problem, test sent from the postman was perfect. but with contact form 7 i get the same error

i use contact form 7 and my company email is using zoho
when i fill out the contact form 7, in indicates it has sent successfully but i never got email at zoho.
I started to use Postman a few month ago and it seems to be working for a while but recently, whenever i try to click the send button at the form 7, it says:
Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method.
i went to the log and found the status of this email is: Invalid e-mail address.Notice, the test email is working.

then the email address is invalid!
post the email here (“view” in the Email Log) and let’s see what address you attempted to use.
@sohchingloong the Email Log will show you the exact error. What is the error.

can i send you the credentials of my site to your email so you can check it out? I input name and email address correctly. The email log is automatically generated and i didn’t change any part of the log.Jason you may take a look at a few snapshots

Postman is telling you that your From header is
From: [your-email]
This means that Contact Form 7 did not translate your [your-email] tag into an email address. You can see from the second screenshot this tag doesn’t even exist. What you’ve written is
[youremail]
.To get it working change your From header, on the Contact Form 7 Mail tab to:
From: [your-name] <[youremail]>
From, Subject and Message Body all have incorrect values!
Fix
[your-email]
and
[your-subject]
Jason, Oh, i didn’t notice that when i changed your-email to youremail this afternoon. So i changed it accordingly in the mail tag.

To get it working change your From header on the Contact Form 7 Mail tab to:
From: [your-name] <[youremail]>
The From Header requires an email address not just a name.
