Contact 7 Form doesn’t work with WordPress 2.9.2

I upgraded my wordpress to 2.9.2 and it broke my Contact 7 Form. I’ve tried it with multiple sites, using different themes. Just to roll that out. It worked perfectly before but is no longer working. I also setup a fresh new website with all the defaults, and it doesn’t work either.
